Every answer is drawn from PWC’s published information. If a question is not covered, the assistant says so — it is not permitted to fill the gap with a guess.

What it will not do

Show a student’s record, balance, grades, or clearance. This channel has no access to them at all — those live behind a login, on a separate tier.
Quote a fee as final. Figures are indicative and confirmed by the Accounting Office ([email protected]).
State a DepEd voucher amount. DepEd sets it, not PWC.

When it hands over

Ask for a person, or ask something that needs one, and the assistant takes your name and mobile number, issues a reference like A-2026-0413, and routes the conversation to the office that owns it — Admissions, Registrar, Accounting, or ICT. Nothing is lost in a Messenger thread.
